When using jigheads, use the smallest jig heads weight that will get the bait down. Use large jig heads for deep water and heavy current. Pitch light jig heads for shallow water.

Fish live bait with Jigheads or to work it up into the water column with jigheads. The jig heads lead head is right on the bait so you instantly feel the fish. And if you hang up and break a line, just retie one item, instead of rerigging a hook, swivel and sinker.
