Q: Can I order without an account?

A: Yes! You can simply select "Place order without an account" on the far bottom left of the next page after selecting "Checkout."


Q: How can I place an International Order?

A:

Please keep in mind that you don’t need an account with us to place an order. You will not be able to order with the correct shipping cost by having an account or by continuing through the checkout online. Also, I cannot tell you the shipping charges until after your order has been placed via email. Freight charges are based on the weight and method of shipment for all International customers. We usually ship international orders via the USPS, since that is the cheapest method; however, we can ship however you like. When and if you do order, please be sure to include the product type, color and quantity you would like to order. Once I have gotten your order together and have the shipping costs, I will then send you an email with your order totals. As soon as the totals are accepted and everything is in order, I can then invoice you through PayPal or you can fax your credit card information to us at 386-294-3495. Please note that we accept Visa, MasterCard, and Discover. Please keep in mind that we must have the card number, expiration date, and the last three digits on the back of the card on the signature line. Being that you are overseas, I will need you to send us your order via email, fax, or by calling.

Q: What payment methods are acceptable?

A:

Please note that we accept Visa, MasterCard, Discover, and American Express. Please keep in mind that we must have the card number, expiration date, and the last three digits on the back of the signature line; or for American Express customers, the 4 numbers on the front of your card. You can also pay via your PayPal account.

For our International customers; we prefer that you let us invoice you via PayPal or that you fax your credit card information to us at 1-386-294-3495. Please be sure to include your name, card number, expiration date and CVC number. (This is the number on the back of the card.)



Q: How do I know I can trust this website with my credit card information?

A:

You can rest assured that your card number is safe and secure. During checkout you should see on the top of the screen right next to the address bar; a pad lock that lets you know that you are on a secure website. If you do not see this lock, do not proceed with your checkout and give us a call immediately at 386-294-1049.

**If you still do not feel safe, you are more than welcome to call and give us your card number over the phone. (We do not keep your card number. After the number has been processed, it is shredded.)**
