Shipping Policy

USA Domestic Shipping

All of our orders are shipped via UPS. UPS ground is only available within the continental United States. Please allow 1 to 3 days for the processing of your order.

These are flat rates, regardless of order size.

International Shipping

Orders shipped to international destinations will be charged according to weight and method of shipment. You will be contacted via email for more information.

Backorders:

We make every attempt to keep all items in stock. However, quantities may run out from time to time. If an item is backordered for more than 30 days, the order will automatically be cancelled. Please note if you want backorders cancelled at time of order.

Returns and Exchanges:

If for any reason you are not satisfied with your order within 21 days after purchase, please contact our customer service department. All returns and exchanges must be new, unused and in original package. Merchandise must include a copy of our original invoice or packing slip. Shipping and handling is not refundable. Some items are subject to a 15% restocking fee. Special orders will not be accepted for return. Some products we sell are covered by a manufacturer’s warranty only and require items to be sent directly to the manufacturer for replacement or repair.

Damages:

All claims for concealed loss or damage should be reported at once to our customer service department. Do not accept packages showing signs of external damages. Your claim will be handled in an urgent manner.

Merchandise prices and specifications are subject to change at anytime without notice. We reserve the right to correct any errors we have made in misprints, photographical and descriptive copy. Any article may be withdrawn from current sale at any time.
