FREE Shipping for Orders Over $100

BassAssassin.com is now offering FREE shipping on orders over $100.00. US, Canada, Puerto Rico, and Mexico orders only.

Simply shop the site as usual and FREE shipping will be provided at checkout if your order is over $100 and within the US, Mexico, Canada or Puerto Rico.

Shipping Policy

Domestic Shipping

All of our orders are shipped via UPS and/or USPS. UPS ground is only available within the continental United States. Please allow up to 1-3 days for the processing of your order, however most orders leave the same day. 

 

These rates are for the United States, Canada, Mexico and Puerto Rico only. All orders outside the US will be shipped via USPS.

These are flat rates, regardless of order size.

International Shipping

Orders shipped to international destinations will be charged according to weight and method of shipment. This does not apply to Canada, Mexico or Puerto Rico; as they are shipped domestically. Please contact customer service to place an order at orders@bassassassin.com.

 

Backorders:

We make every attempt to keep all items in stock. However, quantities may run out from time to time. If an item is back-ordered for more than 30 days, the order will automatically be cancelled. Please note if you want backorders cancelled at time of order.

 

Returns and Exchanges:

If for any reason you are not satisfied with your order within 21 days after purchase, please contact our customer service department. All returns and exchanges must be new, unused and in original package. Merchandise must include a copy of our original invoice or packing slip. Shipping and handling is not refundable.

Damages:

All claims for concealed loss or damage should be reported at once to our customer service department. Do not accept packages showing signs of external damages. Your claim will be handled in an urgent manner.

Merchandise prices and specifications are subject to change at anytime without notice. We reserve the right to correct any errors we have made in misprints, photographical and descriptive copy. Any article may be withdrawn from current sale at any time.
